Anna is very excited about the current string of horses she has coming along. Recently, two incredible mares were added to the team both of which look to have exceptionally bright futures.
Meet the Horses
Thaddaeus is a 2011 Ottb that Anna purchased off of craigslist as a gangly 3 year old. Originally bought to be resold as a project, Thad's quirky personality and
immense talent quickly established a place in Anna's heart and he never left. He proved himself quickly, becoming Area IX's novice champion as a 4 year old, claiming the training championship the next year
as a 5 year old and making a successful move up to prelim the following year. After a heartbreaking discovery of arthritis he is currently being part-leased to a dear client and Anna hopes to enter the dressage ring to get her USDF bronze medal with him in the summer of 2023.

Fernhill Cruiseaway
Fernhill Cruiseaway, known in the barn as "Dapples", is a 2014 Irish Sporthorse who's career originally began in Ireland doing the 1.1m eventing classes. She is
owned and loved by one of Anna's incredible supporters and is one of the more recent additions to the team. Anna met her back in October 2020 on a brief training trip to Georgia and it only took one ride for her to know she was special and destined to come to Colorado. They completed their first novice together two
weeks later and moved up to Prelim with a first place finish at the mare's first go at the level in 2021. 2022 held a fantastic season at the Preliminary level including a top 10 out of 50 finish on their dressage score at their first FEI 2star. They hope to move up to Intermediate in 2023. Some of the most special horses in Anna's life have been mares and she looks forward to another incredible partnership with this lovely girl!
FERNHILL SILVER LINING
Fernhill Silver Lining, know as "Kai", is a 2013 Irish Sporthorse who was added to the string in the late fall of 2019. He is owner-loved and supported and while he
journey with him hasn't been the smoothest Anna is so grateful for all he has taught her. She believes he pushes her to be better everyday and the work has paid off tremendously. They had a successful move up to Prelim at the end of 2021 and many successful finishes at
the level in 2022. The 2023 season unfortunately is sidelined from an injury but we are hopeful for a comeback to some level. He is definitely the most quirky horse in the barn but also incredibly talented and looks to have a very bright future.
Charlie Fly
Charlie is a 2009 Irish Draught who is owned as well by one of Anna's long time supporters. He came to Anna 3 years ago and quickly gained the nickname
marshmallow for obvious reasons. He began his eventing career in the states under Anna in the summer of 2019 and finished out 2020/2021 successfully competing novice finishing multiple events with dressage scores in the 20's.
Charlie will start out his 2022 season at novice with hopes of becoming the ultimate low level school master and very valued teacher at the farm. He has become such a joy to ride and just an overall fun partner to have in the barn.
Esperanza
Esperanza, known in the barn as "Isa", is the newest addition to Anna's barn and we all look forward to seeing what this mare develops into. Isa is a 2017 Westphalian with incredible movement and all the breeding and capability to make a top class event/sporthorse. Isa already demonstrates incredible self confidence and desire to understand the job. She will hopefully begin her eventing career in the summer of 2022 with plans to develop her slowly and correctly with her bright future in mind. Anna has already grown a strong relationship with Isa and has big hopes for what's in store!
